Introduction

I am a Finnish-Italian folk music student specializing in various types of kantele playing and singing. My repertoire primarily features Finland-Swedish and Celtic music, Nordic folk tunes and my own compositions. I also perform classical music and am happy to take audience requests. I arrange all the music I play myself and my compositions draw heavily from the Irish musical tradition. My arranging and composing are deeply influenced by intuition, improvisation and real-time adaptation. My music is well-suited for both concerts and background performances.
